Day before Mississippi River Half Marathon

Over my calories just a little today but the half marathon in the morning should help with that!  Still feeling better with no fast food and very little sweets for the past two weeks.  I believe I might have even lost some weight but not going to weigh in till Monday!! I am looking forward to getting the medal above!!!!!

Made To Crave Life Group

I am so excited!  I am starting a Life Group at my church using the Made To Crave book. 

I have struggled with my weight since practically birth!  Having overcome an alcohol,drug and nicotine addiction with the help of  AA and a relationship with Jesus, it is only fitting that I would gravitate to this study!  

I firmly believe that accountability is an important and necessary part of a healthy eating and lifestyle change so what better way to offer and receive accountability than with a small group!  We will be starting next Sunday at 6 pm.  

I myself have already read the book a while back so I know it is good!  So now a six week study is even better!  I can't wait to begin!!
